Mega Man X3 was one of two games to feature Capcom's C4 graphics chip to allow for extra graphic special effects (the other being Mega Man X2). However, it is not used often in either of the games. Of all the SNES X games, this was deemed the most difficult. Mega Man X must save the world from Dr. Doppler's Utopian community, which is controlled by the evil Mavericks!
